Fireside Cook School

Overview

Two nights at a fixed camp learning to cook properly outdoors -- over coals, over gas, and with nothing but boiling water. You leave with three dinners you can make in the dark.

What Is Included

Guiding throughout, group shelter and cooking kit, all meals from the first evening to the last morning, and the permits the route needs. Transport from the meeting point is included on every trip; transport to the meeting point is not.

What to Bring

Your own tent, mat and sleeping bag, boots you have already walked in, and layers for twenty degrees colder than the forecast. If you are missing something, the shop rents it -- tell us when you book rather than on the morning.
